فى إطار اهتمام جمعية كاريتاس مصر بالاسكندرية/ وحدة مكافحة الإيدز بالجانب الاعلامى التوعوى عن فيروس نقص المناعة البشرى المسبب للايدز، قامت الجمعية بانتاج الفيلم القصير (رمادى)، بطولة الفنان عبد العزيز مخيون والفنانة دنيا ماهر والفنانة عارفه عبد الرسول، انتاج فنى شركة فيجليف، ومن اخراج الفنان أبانوب نبيل، وذلك للتوعية عن فيروس نقص المناعة وحقوق المتعايشين

ففي إطار مشروع الحد من الإصابه بفيروس نقص المناعه البشري بين الفئات الأكثر عرضه قامت جمعية كاريتاس مصر بالتعاون مع مكتب الأمم المتحده لمكافحة المخدرات والجريمه بإنشاء فيلم وثائقي حول الخدمات التي تقدم للحد من انتشار فيروس نقص المناعه البشري بين الفئات الأكثر عرضه 2015

 والذي يتحدث عن أهميه الكشف عن الأصابه عن فيروس نقص المناعه البشري.. أحد الأفلام نتاج تدريبات رفع قدرات الجمعيات الأهليه علي إستخدمات وسائل الميديا الحديثه في محاربه والصم والتمييز ضد المتعايشين مع فيروس نقص المناعه البشري 2014
